Using my own bodyweight asthe machine to keep me in condition.This is the Outdoor Bodyweight Conditioning Workout Routine that I did a few days agoIf you want to follow it, here are the workout instructions:1a: Rope Push - 20 reps1b: Modified Pistol Squat - 15 reps per side2a: Recline Pull - 15 reps2b: Jump Squat - 20 reps3a: Side Pull up - 20 reps3a: Alternating Split Squat Jump - 20 reps4a: Bodyweight Shoulder Press - 15 reps4b: Bulgarian Squat - 15 reps per side5a: Windshield Wiper - 20 reps5b: The Flag - 15 seconds per sideAll exercises are done in a superset between upper body and lower body. For example, Rope Pushup are supersetted with a Modified Pistol Squat. Do NOT rest within the superset, but rest 30 seconds after the lower body before repeating the superset again.
